At Del Sur Elementary, we like to show group cohesion and strengthen the bonds between students and their teachers through our Spiritwear. It is not required, but it is FUN!
Students are encouraged to wear a school shirt on Mondays and a college shirt on Fridays. Our college shirt tradition is class-specific. Each teacher chooses a college or university, often one that the teacher themselves attended, that the class represents. Not only do they wear the shirts as a group, but the class also has a special college chant that they perform on select "Flag Friday" school assemblies.

Important note: We currently use local t-shirt supplier, Big Frog, for Spiritwear and college shirts. They are a print-to-order site and will notify you when your order is ready to pick up at their "San Diego - North" location. ​​​​​
​FREE college shirts for Quest for More contributors: Families who contribute the full amount to our Quest for More campaign get their student's college shirt for FREE! Offer ends September 30, 2024. Donors have the opportunity to add their child's t-shirt size and teacher name in the donation form. The Foundation will order a batch of these shirts once a week and will notify you once the order is complete and ready to be picked up.
